Common questions
How long does a product video take?
Up to three business days from the moment your initial payment is confirmed and the studio has your complete brief and assets. Your quote states the delivery date.
Do I need to send my own footage?
No. Visualo can build the piece from product references, packaging shots or a description. If you do have footage or photography, it can be used as the starting point.
What file formats do I get?
Videos are delivered as MP4. Image packs are JPG or PNG. Anything else is agreed in the quote before work starts.
Is AI used in the production?
Yes, and it is stated plainly. The concept, structure, framing and finishing are directed by a person; AI supports the production. The examples on this site are original Visualo concepts, not client work.
