Purpose of the site

visualo.online presents Visualo's creative production services — product and campaign video, campaign imagery, property presentations and websites — and lets a visitor request a quote and, once a quote is accepted, manage and pay for their project in a private client area.

Requesting a quote is free and creates no obligation. No payment is taken until a quote has been issued and accepted.

Prices and tax

Prices shown on the site are starting prices for the scope described, quoted in euros and shown before tax. Prices shown in US dollars are an indicative conversion at a fixed reference rate and are not the amount charged.

The binding price is the total stated in your quote. That total states the applicable tax, including Spanish VAT (IVA) where it applies, and the currency actually charged. Business customers established in another EU member state who supply a valid VAT number may be invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism; this is confirmed in the quote, not assumed.

Payment is taken in two stages: 50% to begin production and 50% before final delivery. Payments are processed by Stripe; Visualo does not receive or store your card details.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you normally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, under the Spanish consumer protection act (RDL 1/2007) implementing EU Directive 2011/83.

There is an exception you should read before paying. Visualo's work is made to your specification, so it falls under the exception for goods and content made to the consumer's specifications. If you ask the studio to begin production before the 14 days have passed, you are asked to acknowledge at that point that you lose the right to withdraw once the work has been made. Until you give that acknowledgement, production does not start.

To withdraw where the right applies, write to the contact address below stating the project reference. Any amount already paid for work not yet made is returned using the same payment method, without undue delay.

Cancellation and refunds

Outside the withdrawal right, a project can be cancelled at any time. What is refundable depends on how much of the work has been produced, any third-party costs already committed, and what your quote states. Work already produced and delivered is not refundable.

If the studio cannot deliver what was agreed, you are refunded in full. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Write to the contact address below and the studio will respond. If a complaint is not resolved, consumers in the EU may submit it to their national consumer authority. In Spain that is the regional consumer office (Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor) of your locality.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, layout, code and the example work shown on it belong to Visualo unless stated otherwise. The examples are original concepts produced by the studio and are not client work.

Rights in work produced for you are set out in the Client Project Terms and in your quote, and transfer on full payment to the extent stated there.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where you contract as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply and nothing here removes them.
