What the website collects

When you request a project, Visualo stores your email, brief, service selections, displayed estimate, language and terms acceptance. A project can also include offers, payment-status records, files, feedback and activity history. Never put passwords or sensitive personal documents in your brief.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare and manage your project, provide private access, deliver files and operate the website. Technical request information is also used to protect the service against abuse.

Service providers

The website uses Vercel hosting, Supabase database and file storage, and an email provider to send transactional messages. Project access is restricted to the relevant client and the studio team. Payment-provider details are presented in the applicable payment flow.

Browser storage

A session cookie supports private sign-in. Browser session storage remembers language, display currency, selected services and unfinished request drafts in your tab. These values are not advertising profiles. Submitted drafts are cleared after successful submission.

Project records and requests

Contact the studio to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Some project, transaction and security records may need to be retained. The studio will explain what can be removed and what must remain when responding.

Privacidad y datos

Visualo guarda tu correo, idea, servicios elegidos, estimación, idioma y aceptación de términos para responder y gestionar tu proyecto. El espacio privado puede incluir ofertas, estados de pago, archivos, comentarios e historial.

Usamos Vercel para el alojamiento, Supabase para la base de datos y archivos, y un proveedor de correo para los mensajes transaccionales. Una cookie permite iniciar sesión; el almacenamiento de sesión del navegador recuerda tus preferencias y borradores en la pestaña.

Para consultar, corregir o solicitar la eliminación de tus datos, escribe a hello@visualo.online. Algunos registros del proyecto, transacciones o seguridad pueden necesitar conservarse; el estudio te explicará cuáles al responder.
